Payments & refunds
Everything about billing at Valzexa: how to pay, how subscriptions renew and what to do if something isn't right.
Accepted payment methods
All prices are in US dollars and every order completes online — there is no manual step.
- Credit and debit cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express and others.
- PayPal — supported across all three product lines, with automatic currency conversion.
- Digital wallets — common wallets are accepted where available at checkout.
How billing works
Subscriptions
Subscriptions are billed for the term you choose — monthly, yearly, or the multi-month terms offered for some products. They take effect immediately after payment, and you can upgrade at any time (upgrades apply right away).
Licences
Some products are sold as a licence bought by term (for example the ShopSuite Desktop Edition and the Personal Suite Local Edition). You pay for the term, receive a licence key and activate it in the app.
Credits
AI Video Studio plans bundle monthly credits. Credits are estimated and frozen before a job runs, then settled by actual usage — and refunded in full if a job fails.
Renewals and expiry
- Renewing a subscription extends from your current expiry date, so you never lose remaining days.
- When a subscription lapses, your account returns to the free tier. Your data is retained and restored the moment you renew.
- Licence products retain data after expiry so you can renew and continue where you left off.
Refunds
Most paid purchases include a 7-day money-back window. Where a product offers this, the window can be used once per subscription.
- Email support@valzexa.com within the refund window.
- Include your order reference and the account email you used.
- We'll confirm the refund and return the amount to your original payment method.
Invoices and receipts
Every order produces a receipt available from your account. If you need a formal invoice for a business purchase, email us with your billing details and we'll arrange it.
Currency
Prices are listed in US dollars. If you pay in another currency, your bank or payment provider applies the conversion and any associated fee.
If something goes wrong
- Payment didn't go through — check your card details and try again, or use a different method.
- You were charged but nothing unlocked — sign out and back in, then refresh. If it persists, contact support with your order reference.
- You were charged twice — contact support and we'll investigate and refund the duplicate.
